Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website (https://www.methasitboonpun.com/, "the Site") is the personal portfolio of Methasit Boonpun ("I," "me"), operated from Bangkok, Thailand. For any privacy questions, contact methasitpun@gmail.com.

2. Information I collect

Information you provide: When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This is only sent when you submit the form voluntarily.

Information collected automatically: This Site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service. It collects anonymized, aggregated data such as page views, referring site, general location (country/region), and device type. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and is never linked to your contact form submissions.

Cookies: This Site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

3. How I use your information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. I do not sell, rent, or use your information for marketing without your separate consent.

4. Third-party services

• Resend (resend.com) — processes and delivers contact form emails on my behalf.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this Site and provides cookieless analytics.

Each operates under its own privacy policy, which I encourage you to review.

5. Data retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, after which they are deleted or archived securely.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under the EU GDPR or Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)), you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email methasitpun@gmail.com.

7. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy occasionally. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision.
